From heart-pounding rollercoasters to immersive rides and must-try dining options, I’ve put together a comprehensive list of everything Universal Studios has to offer.
This guide contains all the information you need to plan your day and make the most of your visit!

Transportation
There are many ways to get to Universal Studios!
There’s plenty of parking available if you’re coming by car, and you can find the latest prices on their website.
There’s also a designated Uber Zone, and it is accessible by the Lynx bus service.
If you’re staying at a Universal Hotel, you can use their free transportation service that takes you from your hotel to the parks.
Shuttle Bus
The Universal Shuttle Bus is an easy way of getting to the parks from any of the onsite hotels.
This free bus will pick you up from your hotel and take you to either Volcano Bay or CityWalk, where you can walk to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure.
Water Taxi
If you prefer a more scenic route, then take a water taxi! They’ll pick you up from your hotel and have you at CityWalk in less than ten minutes. From here, you can then walk to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure.
Water Taxis are available from Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Royal Pacific Resort, and Sapphire Falls Resort.

CineSational: A Symphonic Spectacular: Your favourite movie moments are brought to life through music, fountains, and lighting effects. Harry Potter, Jaws and Jurassic Park are all featured in this symphonic spectacular!
Parades
Universal Mega Movie Parade: This daytime parade brings all of your favourite Universal movies together. See Doc & Marty from Back to the Future, The Minions, the T-Rex from Jurassic Park and more take to the streets of Hollywood.

Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast: Grab an E-Liminator X blaster and take aim at targets as you travel along a moving walkway.
Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem: Become a minion in a 3D motion simulator ride.
Illumination Theatre: Meet Gru, Margo, Edith, Agnes and the Minions, plus characters from Sing.

Bake My Day: Minion-themed cupcakes, S’mores, Swiss Rolls, and more!
Freeze Ray Pops: Freeze Pops inspired by Despicable Me characters.
Illumination Minion Cafe: Steak & “Cheese Ray” sandwiches and El Macho Nacho Hat are on the menu at this Minion-themed cafe.

Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon: A 3D motion-simulator that takes you on a ride through New York City.
Revenge of the Mummy: Escape from an evil Mummy’s tomb in this high-speed rollercoaster with sudden drops and sharp turns all in complete darkness.
The Blues Brothers Show: A live performance by the Blues Brothers, playing songs from the movie musical.

Beat Builders: A group of construction workers use scaffolding, buckets and other objects around them to create a truly unique musical performance.
Fast & Furious – Supercharged: Join the Fast & Furious crew for a high-speed street chase in this motion-based dark ride.

Richter’s Burger Co: A two-story dockside diner serving up a variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches.
Chez Alcatraz: A walk-up bar serving cocktails and beer.
Lomard’s Seafood Grille: A stylish seafood restaurant located on the waterfront.

Hogwarts Express – King’s Cross Station: Enjoy a ride on the Hogwarts Express that takes you from King’s Cross Station to Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure.
Tip: You need a park-to-park ticket to ride the Hogwarts Express.
Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts: Escaping the depths of Gringotts Bank isn’t easy, especially with Voldemort, trolls and other magical creatures trying to prevent you from leaving! A rollercoaster-style dark ride with a small drop at the beginning.

Leaky Cauldron: Serves traditional British food, including fish and chips and bangers and mash.
Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour: Soft and hard serve ice cream in a variety of flavours, including a Butterbeer flavoured ice cream.
The Fountain of Fair Fortune: Here you’ll find beverages from the world of Harry Potter, including Butterbeer, Fire Whisky and Gillywater.
The Hopping Pot: A walk-up counter where an assortment of drinks, Butterbeer and pasties are on the menu.

MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack: Become a MIB recruit and test your shooting skills in this interactive dark ride. Just be careful because a training exercise can get out of control quickly when aliens attack!

The Simpsons Ride: A motion simulator that takes you on a wild ride with the Simpsons.
Kang & Kodos’ Twirl ‘n’ Hurl: Once you board a spaceship, you’ll realise you’re being held captive by Kang and Kodos and won’t be released until you help terrorise the residents of Springfield by aiming your laser at them!

Duff Brewery: Enjoy a cold glass of Duff at the Duff Brewery beer garden.
Krusty Burger: Try a Krusty Burger or the addictive Ribwich at Krusty’s famous fast food restaurant.

Cletus’ Chicken Shack: Cletus’ speciality is fried chicken. Why not try his waffle sandwich, or what about the Chicken Thumbs? (Don’t worry, they’re just chicken tenders!)
Luigi’s Pizza: Come and try the finest Italian restaurant in all of Springfield, where there’s something for everyone, including the Meat Liker’s Pizza and the Meat Hater’s Pizza.
The Frying Dutchman: Battered cod, coconut-crusted shrimp, and fried calamari are on Captain McCallister’s menu.
Lisa’s Teahouse of Horror: A great place for vegetarians like Lisa, as you can find salads, veggie sandwiches and fruit at her teahouse.
Moe’s Tavern: Enter The Simpsons’ iconic bar and enjoy a Duff beer or maybe try the famous Flaming Moe!

DreamWorks Imagination Celebration: Join characters from Shrek, Trolls and Kung Fu Panda in a live show featuring music and dancing.
Trolls Trollercoaster: Take a ride on the caterpillar Caterbus, a kid-friendly roller coaster.
Shrek’s Swamp Meet: Meet Shrek, Fiona and Donkey outside of Shrek’s cottage.

The Bourne Stuntacular: Follow Jason Bourne in a mixture of stage and screen that blends together to create a live stunt show like you’ve never seen before!

Cafe La Bamba: A Southern-California Mexican-inspired restaurant serving favourites such as burritos and tacos.
Mel’s Drive-In: Inspired by American Graffiti, this diner serves American classics like burgers, hot dogs, California cobb salad and milkshakes.

Schwab’s Pharmacy: A retro shop that serves banana splits, sundaes, plus hand-scooped and soft serve ice cream.
TODAY Cafe: A cafe inspired by NBC’s TODAY show where you can find sandwiches, salads and baked goods.
Halloween Horror Nights
Every year, from the end of August to November, Universal welcomes its Halloween Horror Nights. Horror movies and TV shows are brought to life with haunted houses, scare zones and live shows.
