Universal Epic Universe Guide: All Rides & Dining

Epic Universe is home to five worlds that are all connected by portals.

This includes Super Nintendo World and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, both of which offer fun themed attractions and dining options!

There’s also an expansion to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, where you can take a trip to the Ministry of Magic.

Here are all the rides, attractions, and dining options at Universal Epic Universe so you can plan your trip!

Transport

Epic Universe is located 4 miles away from the other parks.

Shuttle buses are available from CityWalk, so once you’ve made your way there, you can get a free shuttle bus to Epic Universe.

If you’re staying at a Universal hotel, then free shuttle buses are available to take you to CityWalk, where you can then get a bus to Epic Universe.

Tip: Epic Universe is not currently included in park-to-park tickets and is only available as a one-day admission.

Celestial Park

Rides & Attractions

Constellation Carousel: Take a ride amongst the stars on a celestial animal that can turn 360 degrees and rise 6ft into the air.

Stardust Racers: Board a comet and compete in an intergalactic race in this dual-launch roller coaster that reaches speeds of up to 62mph!

Dining

Atlantic: Enjoy a meal under the sea in this steak and seafood restaurant.

Comet Dogs: Hot dogs with a variety of toppings.

Pizza Moon: A range of pizza and baked pasta dishes.

Frosty Moon: A variety of ice creams and toppings.

CelesTiki: Cool down with a cocktail or a mocktail at this celestial tiki bar.

The Oak & Star Tavern: Serves all your favourite BBQ dishes, including brisket, ribs, and chicken.

The Plastered Owl: Bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant: A mix of Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisines, including beef and broccoli, crispy orange chicken and a variety of noodle and rice dishes.

Meteor Astropub: A meteor-themed gastro pub serving classics like burgers, fish & chips and spicy grilled chicken sandwiches.

Bar Zenith: A counter service bar serving cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

Star Sui Bao: An asian food cart serving bao buns, dumplings and tteokbokki skewers.

Super Nintendo World

Rides & Attractions

Yoshi’s Adventure: Join Yoshi on a slow-moving ride through the Mushroom Kingdom and search for hidden glowing eggs!

Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge: Take on Team Bowser, collect coins, throw shells and compete for the Golden Cup in this real-life version of Mario Kart.

Mine-Cart Madness: Enter a mine cart and speed through the mine, jumping over tracks as you go! It’s like being on a level of Donkey Kong Country in real life!

Dining

Toadstool Cafe: Burgers, meatballs, and pasta dishes are on Chef Toad’s menu, plus Mario-themed desserts.

Turbo-Boost Treats: You can find the Super Star and Mario Kart popcorn buckets here.

Yoshi Snack Island: A small counter service restaurant serving mango or apple-melon smoothies and Yoshi’s red shell calzones.

The Bubbly Barrel: Banana and pineapple soft serve floats. You can even get one in a Donkey Kong barrel mug, which makes a perfect souvenir!

Dark Universe

Rides & Attractions

Curse of the Werewolf: Venture deep into the forest and escape from werewolves in this spinning roller coaster.

Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment: Welcome to Frankenstein Manor, where Dr Victoria Frankenstein is experimenting on monsters. Unfortunately, things go very wrong when the monsters get loose!

Dining

Das Stakehaus: A gothic inn serving steak, glazed pork and salmon, but be aware, the inn is run by vampires, so I hope you like your steak bloody!

De Lacey’s Cottage: Counter service offering pretzels and cinnamon sugar doughnut bites.

The Burning Blade Tavern: An old mill turned hunter hangout where you can try snacks like the hunter’s garlic stake or grab a speciality cocktail.

Tip: The Burning Blade Tavern catches fire every twenty minutes. Listen out for the bells ringing as your warning sign!

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic

Rides & Attractions

Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry: You arrive at the Ministry of Magic to watch Dolores Umbridge’s trial, but once you board an elevator, you hear the news of an escape attempt and find yourself in the middle of a battle of good vs evil.

Dining

Café L’air De La Sirene: A quaint little café serving French cuisine like boeuf bourguinon and crème brûlée.

Bièraubeurre Cart: Bièraubeurre is French for Butterbeer and that’s what you’ll find at this cart!

Bar Moonshine: Bar serving Harry Potter-themed cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

Le Gobelet Noir: The perfect hideout for dark wizards and witches. Try a Wizard’s brew bratwurst sandwich or the French classic, coq au vin.

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk

Rides & Attractions

Dragon Racer’s Rally: Train to become a dragon racer in this high-flying ride. You get to control your own dragon so you can decide how intense your ride is!

Hiccup’s Wing Gliders: Take a ride on Hiccup’s latest invention, a Wing Glider and soar into the sky on this family-friendly coaster.

Fyre Drill: Hop aboard a boat and aim at targets with a water cannon in this gentle boat ride, but be warned, you may get wet!

Dining

Hooligan’s Grog & Gruel: Counter service serving a range of mac & cheeses, all served in a crunchy cone!

Mead Hall: Feast like a Viking at Mead Hall. If you’re hungry, try the Thawfest Platter, a plate full of BBQ chicken drumsticks, grilled salmon, sausage links, fries and sides!

Spit Fyre Grill: Choose from sticky rice with steak or shrimp, ancient grains with chicken or salmon or a vegan salad bowl. All dishes are flame-seared to perfection by the dragon fry cook!

Tip: Spit Fyre Grill also sells the popular mac & cheese cones!
